At Modern Piping, we strive to ensure that our customers love the items they purchase from us. Given the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, we encourage our customers to thoroughly review their orders before finalizing them. We focus on providing as much information as possible about our products to help you make informed decisions.

Return Policy

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 30 days after receiving your item. Due to hygiene and the saliva component of instruments, they are not eligible for returns.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, if your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided upon acceptance of your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 30 days after the item has been delivered so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will be notified, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
